Personal On-Sites

Similar to our regional workshops, personal on-site workshops will bring the learning to you! Media teachers/advisers can choose a specific or general topic they want to see covered in our on-site lesson. ASPA will then tailor a session just for you and your students, including discussion, demonstration and a Q&A portion. Please allow at least one hour for the lesson, however, we can stay as long as your schedule allows up to one school day!

While the interest form does no guarantee a spot, it will give us a good idea of how we need to plan for the fall semester!

Teachers hosting a personal on-site are responsible for the following:
1. Filling out an interest form and selecting the date(s) that work for their class schedules.
2. Get any necessary approvals from your school administration to have ASPA on campus. We will fill out any forms for you as needed.
3. Find a classroom with space for your students and demonstrations.
4. Secure any necessary equipment needed for the lesson. We will bring our own if needed, depending on the lesson.
5. (Optional) Coordinate with any other teachers/advisers/classes that may be interested in attending! The more the merrier!
